Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are gearing up to face the Phoenix Mercury on Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET. But before the action on the court, the rookie sensation caught everyone’s attention with her stylish pregame outfit.
The first-year star from Iowa made a statement as she arrived at the arena, dressed head-to-toe in black. Clark sported a chic black crop top, matching black pants, and a sleek black belt, with her outfit contrasted only by her crisp white sneakers. Her all-black ensemble turned heads, with cameras flashing as she made her entrance.
Why is she like this 🤣😭🤍 pic.twitter.com/ZifQFSnoEa

The Fever have been on an upswing, winning six of their last 10 games and showing marked improvement in nearly every area. They recently secured an impressive 83-78 victory over the top-ranked New York Liberty. However, their momentum took a hit with a tough 89-84 loss to the Washington Mystics in their most recent game.
While Clark’s fashion sense dazzled off the court, she’s been equally impressive on it. The young star has averaged 16.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 7.6 assists per game, contributing significantly to the Fever’s 9-14 record. Indiana currently holds the No. 4 spot in the Eastern Conference and is ranked No. 8 in the overall WNBA standings.
As the Fever prepare to take on the Mercury, they’ll be looking to continue their strong play with only two games left before the WNBA All-Star game on July 20. All eyes will be on Clark, both for her on-court performance and her off-court style.
